The North Central Ohio Region Industry Manufacturers Workforce Alliance includes (but not limited to) Crawford, Delaware, Hardin, Marion, Morrow, Union & Wyandot Counties and works to convene, educate, and mobilize key stakeholders in the region to promote development of a skilled workforce.

 

ISSUE

Industry manufacturers do not have enough skilled talent to fill jobs now and in the future. In order, to be competitive, grow and thrive these businesses need skilled talent.
